Shipping Policy

(1)Shipping Destinations

We offer worldwide shipping where carrier service is available. If a destination is not serviceable (for example, due to remote-area restrictions), we will notify you at checkout or contact you after your order is placed.

(2)Shipping Fees & Free Shipping

Shipping fees and free-shipping eligibility are based on your order subtotal (before any taxes, duties, or discounts) and your destination. Final shipping costs are shown at checkout.
Shipping Fee: Orders below USD 79.00 are charged a USD 4.99 shipping fee. Orders of USD 79.00 or more qualify for free shipping.

(3)Taxes, Duties & Import Fees

United States

For orders shipped within the United States, all applicable taxes and duties (if any) are included in your final checkout total. You will not be asked to pay additional import charges upon delivery.

All Other Regions

For orders shipped outside the United States, customers are responsible for any applicable import duties, VAT, taxes, or clearance fees that may be charged by local authorities or carriers upon delivery. These fees are not included in your order total unless explicitly stated at checkout.

(4)Order Processing Time

We typically process and dispatch orders within 1–2 business days after the order is placed (excluding weekends and holidays).

(5)Estimated Delivery Time

After your order ships, estimated delivery times are as follows (business days):
  • North America: approximately 7–14 business days
  • Europe: approximately 8–16 business days
  • All Other Regions: approximately 10–20 business days
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to carrier operations, weather, peak-season volume, address accuracy, and customs processing (where applicable).

(6)Shipping Delays (Small-Batch Production)

Because our products are made in small batches, occasional shipping delays may occur. When a delay is expected, you will see relevant information on the product page and/or at checkout. We appreciate your patience—the wait is worth it.

(7)Order Cancellation Window

You may request a full cancellation within 48 hours of placing your order as long as the order has not shipped. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled. To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible at info@playerdra.com.

(8)Tracking & Shipment Confirmation

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information. Please note that tracking updates may take time to appear after the package is scanned by the carrier.

(9)Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for delays, returns, or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
