Returns can be requested within 30 days of delivery. Please email info@playerdra.com with your order number and item(s) you’d like to return. Returns must be approved before sending items back.

Return shipping is paid by the party responsible: if the return is not due to our error, you cover return shipping; if we shipped the wrong item or it arrived damaged/defective, we’ll provide a reasonable return solution.

We recommend using the original packaging (or equally protective packaging). If a returned item is damaged during return transit due to packaging, it will not be eligible for a refund.

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.

We offer worldwide shipping where carrier service is available. Shipping fees and free-shipping eligibility are based on your order subtotal and destination, and the final cost will be shown at checkout.
