Where do you ship?
We offer worldwide shipping where carrier service is available.
How much is shipping? Do you offer free shipping?
Shipping is based on destination and order subtotal (before taxes/duties/discounts). Final costs are shown at checkout.
- Shipping Fee: Orders below USD 79.00 are charged a USD 4.99 shipping fee. Orders of USD 79.00 or more qualify for free shipping.
Will I pay taxes, VAT, or import duties?
- United States: Applicable taxes and duties (if any) are included in your final checkout total.
- Outside the United States: Customers are responsible for any applicable VAT, import duties, customs fees, or other local taxes/clearance fees that may be charged by local authorities or carriers upon delivery, unless explicitly included at checkout.
When will my order ship?
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
How long does delivery take?
Estimated delivery times after shipment (business days):
- North America: ~ 7–14 business days
- South America: ~ 9–18 business days
- Europe: ~ 8–16 business days
- All Other Regions: ~ 10–20 business days
Can shipping be delayed?
Because some items are made in small batches, occasional delays may occur. When a delay is expected, we’ll show details on the product page and/or at checkout.
Can I cancel my order?
You may request a full cancellation within 48 hours of placing your order as long as it has not shipped. Once shipped, an order cannot be canceled.

What is your return window?
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Returns must be approved before sending items back. Email info@playerdra.com to start.
Who pays for return shipping?
Return shipping is paid by the party responsible for the return:
- If you return for reasons not caused by us, you cover return shipping and related fees.
- If the item arrived damaged/defective or we shipped the wrong item, we cover reasonable return shipping or provide an alternative return solution.
Do you offer exchanges?
We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you’d like a different item, please return the original (if eligible) and place a new order.
What if my return is damaged in transit?
We recommend using the original packaging (or similarly protective packaging). If a returned item is damaged due to return shipment packaging/handling, it will not be eligible for a refund.
When will I receive my refund?
After we receive and inspect your return, we process refunds within 7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept secure payments via Stripe and PayPal.
We never store your full card number, CVV, bank account details, or payment authentication credentials.
