Return & Refund Policy
This Return & Refund Policy (“Policy”) explains how returns and refunds work for purchases made through our website (the “Site”). This Policy forms part of our Terms of Service and applies to all eligible orders.
(1)Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days of the date you receive your order (“Return Window”). Return requests submitted after the Return Window may be declined.
(2)How to Start a Return
To initiate a return request, please contact us at info@playerdra.com and include:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
- The reason for the return
- Photos (required if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect)
If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions. Do not send items back without approval, as unapproved returns may not be processed.
(3)Condition of Returned Items
Returned items must be in good condition and suitable for resale unless the return is due to damage, defect, or an incorrect item. We strongly recommend using the original packaging (or similarly protective packaging) when returning items.
If an item is returned damaged due to insufficient packaging or handling during return shipment, the return may be rejected and/or a refund may be reduced or denied. If a returned item is damaged as a result of the return shipment, it will not be eligible for a refund.
(4)Shipping Costs and Responsibility
Shipping costs are the responsibility of the party who caused the need for return:
- Customer responsibility: If you are returning an item due to preference (e.g., changed mind) or any reason not caused by us, you are responsible for return shipping costs and any related fees.
- Our responsibility: If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped) or the item arrived defective or damaged, we will cover reasonable return shipping costs or provide an alternative return solution, as permitted by applicable law.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method and keeping proof of shipment. We are not responsible for return packages that are lost or delayed in transit.
(5)Refund Timing and Method
After we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will process your refund within 7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
(6)Refund Amounts
If your return is approved, your refund will generally include the price paid for the returned item(s). Original shipping fees, duties, taxes, or other charges may be non-refundable unless required by applicable law or unless the return is due to our error.
(7)Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at info@playerdra.com within the Return Window and include photos of:
- The item(s)
- The packaging
- The shipping label (if visible)
We will review your request and, if confirmed, we will offer an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, refund, or other remedy in accordance with applicable law.
(8)Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you would like a different item, color, please initiate a return (if eligible) and place a new order.
(9)Non-Returnable Items
Certain items may be non-returnable where permitted by law (for example, final sale items or items marked “non-returnable” on the product page). If an item is non-returnable, this will be stated on the product page and/or at checkout.
(10)Return Rejections
We may reject returns that do not meet this Policy, including returns that are:
- Requested outside the 30-day Return Window
- Returned without approval/instructions
- Returned damaged due to return shipment packaging/handling
- Missing parts, accessories, or included components (if applicable)
